Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

You receive an incorrect product.
Your product arrives damaged.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement & Refund

Once your request is approved:

A replacement will be shipped, subject to availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Minor colour variations due to photography or screen settings
Natural variations in handcrafted products
Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Product Availability

As we also operate a physical retail store, product availability may occasionally vary. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
